Shelby Utley
Real estate has always been in Shelby’s blood. From the time she was a baby, she was tagging along with her mom as she showed homes and worked on developments. Growing up in that environment sparked a lifelong passion for homes, design, and the ever-changing world of real estate. Shelby has always been naturally curious about new listings and drawn to the excitement of what’s on the market.
Before stepping into the real estate world professionally, Shelby worked as a dental assistant—a role she loved for its hands-on nature and the connections she built with patients. However, she craved more variety and creativity in her day-to-day, and when the opportunity to join The Schlopy Family came along, she jumped in headfirst.
Now, as an assistant to the dynamic real estate team and an agent in training, Shelby brings both a deep-rooted love for the industry and a commitment to excellent client service. She is excited to continue growing, learning, and helping others find their place to call home—just like she’s found hers in this career.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time crafting with her two daughters, traveling to new places, and camping with family and friends. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors or creating something new at home, she cherishes every moment shared with the people she loves.
